1. Online Application

A simple and quick form so we can get to know you and your brand.

Once your application is reviewed and approved you will receive an email confirmation and proposal to join Studio Two14!

4. Studio Orientation

Everyone who visits Studio Two14 will receive a tour of the facility.  We want you to know where everything is at, so you can have the best possible time photographing your clients.

New member orientation happens every week. 

2. Select Your Plan

Choose a plan that fits your photo needs and your budge. Pre-paid plans will save you money in the long run.

Give your studio a home with a place to shoot and meet with clients on a regular basis. 

5. Member Highlight

One of the many benefits Studio Two14 offers is access to an extensive network of visual creatives and professionals dedicated to help you succeed.

As a member, your business logo and a link to your webpage will be featured in the Studio Two14 network. This will help people find you when they need a photographer in your specific genre.


3. Contract & Insurance

To provide the best space and equipment for all members. We require all members to have a certificate of insurance on file once the contract is signed.

This speeds up checkin time for bookings, and protects your clients as well as ours.

**If you don’t have your insurance set up yet, we will put in touch with one of our partner companies to assist.

6. Book Studio Time

Once everything is complete, you are ready for your first photo session. All of your member information is available though our Studio Member Portal.

From here you can view and pay invoices, see upcoming events, answer surveys from our team, and of course schedule more time!

Give your studio a home with a consistent place to shoot and meet with your clients.  To protect our members, our gear, and our studio, annual memberships require professional photographers to have liablity insurance.

Additional Details

  • Annual memberships renew automatically on the anniversary date of your membership
  • All new members will complete an in-person Studio Orientation prior to booking
  • Studio Equipment rental is only available to full members with current proof of insurance
  • Rental hours are subject to availability during normal studio hours. 
  •  After-hours and weekend appointments are available with prior coordination and are subject to additional costs.
  • Sales room is available for rent by non-members
  • Sales Room rental requires a business license and proof of liability insurance.
  • Non-Member camera room rentals require a minimum of two (2) hours rental. There is no minimum for members.
